Boxing is a proven training method for all ages and abilities, offering significant neurological and physical benefits—especially for individuals with Parkinson’s.
This is a trainer led 45-minute workout including warm-up, stretching, boxing and cardiovascular exercises.

We train all ages, fitness abilities and levels of mobility on a national level. What is Adaptive Boxing?
This Adaptive Boxing is strictly fitness related. These adapted workouts are structured with warmup, boxing rounds and cool down/stretching. The workouts are deep rooted in boxing technique and movements but they can be done by anyone. This is meant for all individuals, both able bodied and disabled. We now have Sessions for Seniors. You take your own pace and you are guided throughout the workout. You learn a new skill and you get a great workout all at the same time. See a sample workout HERE!
Do I need any boxing or fitness experience?
No, you do not need any experience. You will need to approach this with the understanding that you are learning a new skill and you take your own pace.
Do I need any equipment to start?
No, you do not need any additional equipment. Some people use hand weights, wrist weights or gloves just to add some resistance but that is not necessary.
How much does it cost?
We have a flat monthly fee or an annual fee where you can save money. You have full access to all our recorded sessions and can access them at any time.
Do I need to be at a certain location to view the classes?
You can view the classes from anywhere. All you need is a phone, tablet or laptop and an internet connection. As a member you simply just log into your account and select the class you want to view.
