Live and Easy Video Access sessions can be done anywhere, anytime in the comfort of your own home. Little to no additional equipment needed.
Boxing has been used to train individuals of all ages and abilities. It is well documented to help individuals with Parkinson’s. There are many neurological and physical benefits to this specific type of training.
This is a trainer led 45-minute workout including warm-up, stretching, boxing and cardiovascular exercises.
The style of the session is trained with a motivational approach. The positive reinforcement encourages everyone to try to the best of their ability and just keep active.

More than just an ordinary boxing class. Each session is instructed by our trainers who lead you through the workout. They demonstrate the exercises and combinations throughout the workout.

What is Adaptive Boxing?
This Adaptive Boxing is strictly fitness related. These adapted workouts are structured with warmup, boxing rounds and cool down/stretching. The workouts are deep rooted in boxing technique and movements but they can be done by anyone. This is meant for all individuals, both able and disabled. The pace is high but you take your own pace and you are guided throughout the workout. You learn a new skill and you get a great workout all at the same time. See a sample workout HERE!
Do I need any boxing or fitness experience?
No, you do not need any experience. You will need to approach this with the understanding that you are learning a new skill and you take your own pace.
Do I need any equipment to start?
No, you do not need any additional equipment. Some people use hand weights, wrist weights or gloves just to add some resistance but that is not necessary.
How much does it cost?
We have a flat monthly fee or an annual fee where you can save money. You have full access to all our recorded sessions and can access them at any time.
Do I need to be at a certain location to view the classes?
You can view the classes from anywhere. All you need is a phone, tablet or laptop and an internet connection. As a member you simply just log into your account and select the class you want to view.
