  • Classes have been rated by level of difficulty. Rated 1 (easiest) through 4 (most advanced) to keep you challenged as well as learning new skills. Rest assured, no matter what level you are, you'll be successful at any level. Work through the levels at your leisure and take your own pace!
  • Workouts are recorded in a group format so you don't feel like you're going at it along! What a strong community.
  • Work out in the comfort of your own home and on the go – These sessions can be accessed simply using your media player and can be streamed from any device.
  • Trainer will guide and motivate you – They deliver a high-quality workout that will bring you results. You take you own pace but the trainer is here to motivate with passion and skilled coaching to ensure proper technique and form.
