It's often thought that everything specific to boxing is solely about the fighting. This is not the case. While in the actual sport of boxing it's critical to have contact and study your opponent, you must have control over your own body and have a strong mind. In otherwords, you need to mentally be strong as well has have the endurance to succeed. Training and conditioning is key to your success.
So many individual's dismiss the benefits of boxing thinking is something they can't attempt but soon realize the training, not fighting, is attainable. They also then reap the benefits of this training. Who wouldn't like that?
